In response to the efforts of the government of Abu Dhabi in unifying the channels of providing government services in accordance with the highest international standards, the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry has announced the development of its new website

In response to the efforts of the government of Abu Dhabi in unifying the channels of providing government services in accordance with the highest international standards, the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry has announced the development of its new website on Abu Dhabi Unified Government Services System "TAMM" platform. The new website comes to provide an outstanding and integrated customer experience in Abu Dhabi.

The launch of the new website comes to reflect the ambitious vision of our wise leadership in deploying information technology in serving the business sector and the community. The Chamber’s new platform offers significant support to businesses by providing a number of e-services to its members including issuing memberships, Certificates of Origin, and online attestations. it also comes within the approach of the Abu Dhabi Chamber to develop its services for the private sector in the emirate.

His Excellency Mohamed Helal Al Mheiri, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Chamber, praised the efforts of the government in Abu Dhabi to bring the digital government system TAMM on par with highest standards and international specifications by working together to realize the digital integration in Abu Dhabi.

The new system will provide services for the public wherever they are. “This saves time and effort,” he said, pointing out that the government of Abu Dhabi is aware to cope with the latest methods of communication with the public and to provide them with and fast quality services.

“Members of the Chamber as well as businessmen will be

able to benefit from the Chamber’s services which are available on its new website through TAMM and helping us enhance and develop such services by sharing their ideas and suggestions through our digital channels,” he said.
“Over the past years, the government in Abu Dhabi exerted a lot of efforts to enhance the digital future of the emirate. Launching the new website emphasizes on our readiness to cope with future requirements and to be fully prepared for a digital world. We must be ready to deal with our members online and to provide them our services wherever they are in order to create an easy business environment for them.

“The Abu Dhabi Chamber is aware to provide an outstanding experience for its members by employing the latest technologies like the internet and artificial intelligence. This will enrich the digital experience of our customers and allow them to reach our services while saving effort and time.

“Providing the Chamber’s services digitally will contribute to the efforts of the government in realizing the sustainable economic development and enhancing the quality of electronic services of the government in Abu Dhabi. Now any company, investor or businessman who desire to invest in Abu Dhabi can benefit from the Chamber’s new website on TAMM platform. They can issue memberships and certificates of origin along with other services through their mobile phones and laptops. The new website is very secure and very easy to navigate.” H.E. Al Mheiri added.

Eng. Mohamed Abdel Hameed Al Askar, Acting Director General of Abu Dhabi Digital Authority, said that the cooperation between the Authority and Abu Dhabi Chamber to launch the new website on TAMM platform comes to complement the government’s efforts in realizing a digital transformation across the emirate and to allow citizens and residents to benefit from the available digital services. “This cooperation will boost economic growth and digital empowerment of businesses across the emirate,” he said.

“This cooperation also comes within the continuous efforts of the Authority to lead the process of digital transformation of Abu Dhabi government. We are working through Abu Dhabi Unified Government Services System (TAMM) to enable all members of the community, including investors and businessmen, to complete their transactions digitally and with ease. We are working continuously to provide everyone in Abu Dhabi with quality and efficient governmental services through integrated and secure digital channels,” he added.

The continuous upgrades for technical solutions at the Abu Dhabi Chamber in cooperation with TAMM comes to cope with the fast-paced changes across the globe and to utilize the latest digital and smart services considering their role in increasing efficiency for businesses and investors.

Abu Dhabi Unified Government Services System “TAMM”, run and operated by Abu Dhabi Digital Authority, aims to enable customers to complete a comprehensive chain of governmental transactions through one point of contact.

Being the first of its kind in the region, TAMM aims to achieve service excellence across the Abu Dhabi Government by moving the service delivery model towards a ‘journey’-focused approach.
