The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry has taken part in the 3rd edition of the World Future Energy Summit 2020, a world leading event specialized in future energy and the efficiency of energy consumption.

His Excellency Mohamed Helal Al Mheiri, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said that the participation of the Chamber in the summit comes within its strategy to support the efforts of promoting Abu Dhabi as an international investment hub. He added that the exhibition is one of the most important specialized events in the sustainability of energy. “It also reflects the interest of the Chamber in the sector of renewable energy and its awareness to activate the efforts of the government of Abu Dhabi in boosting this pivotal sector.
More than 850 companies from 40 countries have participated in the exhibition in which many visitors, dignitaries and officials visited the Chamber’s stand and praised the different services it provides for its member companies.

On the side line of the event, the Abu Dhabi Chamber signed a memorandum of understanding with Korea G-pass Company Export Association with the aim of sharing and exchanging information and ideas on how to expand trade and investment cooperation, especially in the energy and technology sectors.
For his part, Mr. Abdullah Ghurair Al Qubaisi, Deputy Director General of the Abu Dhabi Chamber, expressed his pride with the continuous achievements of the World Future Energy Summit since its first edition in 2008. He added that the summit has become an integrated platform that includes the conference, which discusses policies and innovations, and the exhibition which allows visitors to take a look at the latest technologies and sheds light on energy security.

Al Qubaisi pointed out to the commitment of the Chamber in participating in the event and giving the opportunity for the visitors to take a look at the Chamber’s services and its initiatives in supporting the investments in the energy sectors and its applications as well as clean energy solutions for a sustainable economy and future.
