The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry has organized a seminar on Innovation and Digital Transformation in the Customer’s Journey at the Chamber’s tower in Abu Dhabi. The organization of the seminar comes within the activities of UAE Month of Innovation 2020.
The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry has organized a seminar on Innovation and Digital Transformation in the Customer’s Journey at the Chamber’s tower in Abu Dhabi. The organization of the seminar comes within the activities of UAE Month of Innovation 2020.
The seminar witnessed the attendance of a large number of companies that are interested in the concepts of innovation and digitization. During the seminar, lecturer Mr. Mu’ayyad Otoum Demonstrate the impact of digital transformation on corporate services and design thinking for the customer’s journey that aims at providing a customer’s innovative and digitized experience.
The seminar also tackled key topics including increasing digital transformation for corporate sustainability; enhancing thinking methodologies for designing innovative services; transforming methodologies from providing services and products to a customer’s experience that meets their needs and aspirations; and defining the tools used for designing the customer’s journey.
It is worth noting that in celebrating the UAE Month of Innovation, the Abu Dhabi Chamber participates jointly with local and federal governmental bodies, businesses, academic institutions as well as the community in many events and activities that aim at propagating the culture of innovation as a ground to realize sustainable development and a quality lifestyle.
