The Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council, a subsidiary to Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, has organized, in cooperation with Rowwad Al Aamal Management Consultancy and Development, a virtual workshop titles “Psychological Pressure Management at Work”.

Presented by psychological and family-affairs trainer Mr. Mohammed Ahmed, the workshop witnessed the attendance of more than 155 businesswomen and women entrepreneurs, especially the members of the Council.

The training workshop focused on equipping women participants with key skills on how to achieve balance in managing their daily life pressures. The event also tackled a number of key topics including the definition of psychological pressure and mental health; and the stages and causes of psychological pressure.
The lecturer also presented an explanation on how to deal with daily pressure, especially at work.

The workshop also contributed to equipping the participants with skills based on positive psychology regarding how to deal with psychological pressure and the difficult situations at work by self-control and by creating a positive business environment.

It is worth noting that organizing the event comes to complement the activities and programs of the council which it conducts regularly within a developmental initiative under the five-year strategic plan of the Council 2020-2024 in order to raise the awareness of women on entrepreneurship and the future approaches of the government.
