The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry has announced the launch of its “Customer Happiness Digital Platform”
The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry has announced the launch of its “Customer Happiness Digital Platform”, which comes within its efforts to support digital transformation and to develop a new generation of digital services as well as simple and distinguished experience for its members.
The platform offers a number of services to the Chamber’s members including: Registering, renewing and cancelling memberships, opening new branch, modifying trade names, modifying an activity / address, adding and cancelling a partner, Certificates of Origin (individuals and corporations), To Whom it May Concern, Businessman Certificates, and membership certificates.
His Excellency Mohamed Helal Al Mheiri, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Chamber, said, “Coping with the Digital Month announced by the government of Abu Dhabi, which reflects the ambitious vision of our wise leadership in deploying information technology in serving the business sector, we, at the Abu Dhabi Chamber, were aware to launch a number of digital services this March.”
“Launching the digital platform comes at a very important time considering the current conditions, which necessitates doing all our best to accelerate businesses and keeping the health and safety of our customers. This will help our members receive our services through their mobiles and laptops without the need to be physically present at our branches.”
Al Mheiri added, “Over the past years, the government in Abu Dhabi exerted a lot of efforts to enhance the digital future of the emirate. Launching the digital platform emphasizes on the our readiness to cope with future requirements.”
“Providing the Chamber’s services digitally will contribute to the efforts of the government in realizing the sustainable economic development and enhancing the quality of electronic services of the government in Abu Dhabi.
