Trade Name Reservation
 

Introducing certain modification to a trade name already approved in a still valid membership certificate.
 

1. Completion of the form prepared for the purpose
   (Trade Name Reservation Form).

2. Payment of specified fees once the name is approved.

3. A letter of Trade Name Approval is issued.

• Passports photocopies of all partners or that of the national partner(s) at least.

• Instructions on how to choose your trade name

• UAE Dhs.50./- against a 30-day reservation.

• Trade Name Letter of Approval

1. This process may be fulfilled electronically through the Chamber website- Abu Dhabi Online Services.

2. Certain economic activities remain subject to further approval from other competent authorities.

3. Trade name reservation may remain valid for one month and can be renewed for further 11 identical periods  to make up for a total of 12 months only.

4. It is advisable to suggest more than one trade name proposal so that to avoid repetition and broaden the scope of selection.
