The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ADCCI)’s Private Schools Working Group based in the city of Al Ain held an extensive meeting with officials from the Al Ain Health Authority (HA) for purposes of exploring fields of joint co-operation and ways of removing difficulties being faced by private schools in Al Ain.

During the meeting which was held at the compound of the Abu Dhabi Chamber in Al Ain, discussions covered ways of supporting schools in the city, especially in relation to making available qualified nurses to work for such schools in a manner that would enable them to provide necessary attention and health care for their students.

Attendees emphasized the importance of providing Al Ain-based 44+ private schools with all possible facilities so as to help them do their educational duty and render teaching services for their students.

In the course of the meeting, emphasis was placed on the importance of the availability of nurses licensed by the Health Authority to supervise students’ healthcare and organize awareness educational programmes and other health activities, as well as on possible establishment of clinics capable of providing integrated medical services for students of the private schools in Al Ain.
