The Abu Dhabi International Centre for Organizational Excellence (ADICOE) of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ADCCI) celebrated the graduation of the first batch of participants in the “Professional Masters of Business Excellence Programme,” which is introduced for the first time in the Middle East. Graduation certificates were conferred upon 28 male and female participants, including managers, experts, leading employees from public and private organizations in the United Arab Emirates.
The graduation ceremony was attended by HE Mohammed Omar Abdullah; Undersecretary of the Department of Economic Development, HE Mohamed Thani Al Rumaithi; ADCCI Board Chairman, HE Khalfan Saeed Al Ka’abi; ADCCI First Vice-chairman, along with a number of officials from state and private organizations in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Congratulating the graduates, Mr. Al Rumaithi stressed that “Knowledge, expertise and skills acquired by graduates would contribute to the enhancement of the action march in both public and private organizations”.
For his own part, HE Mohamed Rashed Al Hameli, ADICOE Board Chairman and ADCCI Director-General, said that: “Graduating the virgin intake from such an exceptional programme at this large number of graduates would help boost sustainable development, particularly in terms of human resources development, training and their being provided with the best knowledge, sciences and skills related to such aspects as excellence, quality and organizational excellence in general in a manner that would be instrumental in improving individual and collective performance of public and private organizations”.
Moreover, Professor Hadi Eltigani, ADICOE CEO, delivered some remarks at the graduation ceremony, affirming that “The programme is viewed as a unique opportunity for managers, experts, ad hoc parties and all employees of state and private establishments in order for them to earn a professional degree in business excellence”.
“The number of those who had shown their willingness to join the second session of the Profession Masters in Business Excellence Programme exceeded 70 male and female participants from official organizations and private companies both from inside and outside the UAE,” Mr. Eltigani explained.
