Abu Dhabi Chamber oil and gas delegation heading to Amsterdam to participate in OTC 2017

A delegation from the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, headed by His Excellency Dr. Al-Taher Musbeh Al-Kindi, 2nd Deputy Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Chamber, departed Abu Dhabi on Sunday heading to Amsterdam, the Netherlands to take part in the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC 2017) due to be held from 09 – 11 October.
The Chamber’s delegation is composed of heads and directors of a number of companies operating in the oil and gas sector in Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
OTC 2017 is one of the biggest oil and gas technologies exhibition in the European Union and one of the biggest international ones in this regard.
On this occasion, H.E. Dr. Al-Kindi said that the visit of the Chamber’s delegation to the Netherlands aims at strengthening the already solid economic and trade cooperation relations between companies operating in oil, and gas and modern technologies. The visit also aims at expanding cooperation aspects between Emirati investors and their counterparts from the Netherlands, as well as informing Dutch investors with the available investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi which would enable them to start new partnerships, especially in pivotal sectors with importance to the strategies and plans of Abu Dhabi.
Al-Kindi added that OTC 2017 is an opportunity for our national companies which operate in oil and gas services to benefit from meeting with international companies which offer their latest technologies in this field.
“This visit is a real opportunity for businessmen to take a closer look at the available investment opportunities and to support joint investments between Emirati and Dutch companies as well as to take initiatives that are built on partnerships on all industrial, economic, investment and services levels.
