Abu Dhabi Chamber discusses with the UAE Ambassador to Brazila increasing cooperation relations between Emirati and Brazilian companies

His excellency Mohammed Thani Murshid Al-Rumaithi, Chairman of the Federation of the UAE Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, received Her Excellency Hafsa Abdullah Al-Olamaa, Ambassador of the UAE to Brazil, at the Chamber’s Tower in Abu Dhabi.

Mr. Helal Mohammed Al-Hameli, Deputy Director General of the Abu Dhabi Chamber, attended the meeting.

His Excellency Al-Rumaithi, said that this meeting represents a unique opportunity to increase the efforts of the Chamber and the Emirati embassy in Brazil to expand economic and investment cooperation between Emirati and Brazilian companies. He noted that Brazil is one of the important trade partners to Abu Dhabi and the UAE, besides the economic and natural capabilities of the two countries open new doors for increasing joint investments and increasing the Emirati presence in the Brazilian markets which offer huge and unlimited opportunities.

His Excellency added that there is increasing interest by companies in Abu Dhabi to boost their investments and presence in the Brazilian markets within their awareness to benefiting from the investment opportunities, especially in the infrastructure sector and food production sector.

Al-Rumaithi stated that the Abu Dhabi Chamber works on encouraging Emirati companies to enter the Brazilian market and hold new investment and projects there within its efforts to create new investment opportunities to the national companies in international markets.
